Hello.

In modern times, there are many things and much information, and there are also people who cannot have quiet time to face their spiritual selves.

Zen aligns the mind by aligning the body and breath.

I respect your journey of the mind, and I pray that it will be a better journey.

Thank you! I think Zen has a lot to teach us.

Fantastic post! And so true. I think we in the west forget that another person isn’t the source of healing, merely a source of direction to healing. We’re still studying the body to learn everything it already knows through connection to spirit through the mind.

Well said!!! Couldn't agree more. We have to get out of our own way and let the body do it's thing! It will tell us everything we need to know about what it needs, we just have to quiet that mind chatter. Thank you for reading!

I agree with teaching yoga holistically, it's so much more than asanas. Although there is so much to an asana as well. I think yoga has been the biggest part of my healing because it encompasses mind body and spirit in one. Thanks for reading and commenting.
